(for Junior and Middle Level Managers)
Introduction
After sustaining impressive growth for about half a decade, out of the blue, India Inc suddenly came to terms with the challenge of falling demand. To cope with this unforeseen, unexpected challenge; companies resorted to downsizing or reducing the wages. Beneath this axiomatic response lied the challenge of improving the managing style of the managers. Economic slowdown has not changed the management style necessarily. Revenue leakage because of the inappropriate management style is far greater than the obvious overheads. This workshop aims to give insight to the managers on how to control the invisible costs.
Program takeaway: A changed mindset with the sensitivity of invisible cost and an insight into means to control them.
