Jun 27: Workshop on Operations Strategy: Aligning the Organization for Superior Execution
The session will help participants to formulate an operations strategy based on their competitors, their customers and their capabilities and also focus on the objectives, metrics, and tactics necessary to bring the strategy to life and ensure superior execution.
The session is a must attend for senior and middle management at both manufacturing and service firms who are interested in superior operational performance.
