Businessgyan And TASMAC invites you for a panel discussion on "Business FOR a Cause" where we are focusing on Social Entrepreneurs... people who have identified a social problem and are addressing this as a Business.
Social workers have always been looked at with awe. The new and emerging breed though is 'The Social Entrepreneur' who has grown in popularity in recent years. They have taken up social causes as a 'business venture' which makes it more sustainable rather than dependent on charity. The social entrepreneur is a highly motivated individual and the fact that he is creating wealth even as he tackles social issues, is an added impetus.
Some of the Topics Likely to be Covered:-
1) Making a Social Enterprise Work as a business. 2) Typical stumbling Blocks in creating a break through idea. 3) Funding sources for Social Entrepreneurs. 4) Why do some become Social Entrepreneurs. 5) How to change set mind sets or status quo 6) Motivating factors
