The Sales Team brings in the Mullah; The organisation's survival critically depends on how effective the sales team is. Though sales is about hard numbers it depends a lot on the soft and intangible aspects like relationships, motivation, team work, personality and perseverance. So what are the elements that make all this click to make an effective sales team? That is the theme for the panel discussion.
 
In this panel discussion we would like to explore the various methods and best practices in Managing a Sales Team. We will cover issues like selecting the team, creating the right structure for the team, issues related to motivation and inspiring the team etc. This interactive Panel discussion would be a platform to share experiences and learning on various facets of creating a winning sales team specially in the context of  Institutional or B2B sales.
