While Gajanana Naik has scored the music for all the plays in the festival, Muddanna Rattihalli has designed the lighting.

The festival, which features 5 plays in Kannada and 2 in English, opens with 'Heegadre Hege', a hilarious comedy based on the writings of T.Sunandamma. The play scripted by K.Y.Narayana Swamy, designed and directed by Pramod Shiggaon, has well known theatre and television artistes, Sunder and Laxmi Chandrashekar in the cast.
