" Toto Funds the Arts invites you to an evening of two performances The Army Doesn't Need You a new play by Ajay Krishnan translated into Hindi and read by Amrit Bakshi and Nakul Krishna & Mad Man's Dream based on Fyodor Dostoevsky's The Dream of a Ridiculous Man enacted by Anish Victor Venue: Centre for Film and Drama (CFD) (5th Floor, Date: Ajay Krishnan (23 years) is a young playwright and director. His play Butter and Mashed Banana won the best play, best new script, best director, best actor and best supporting actor awards at the Thespo Festival 2005. Amrit Bakshi (20) enjoys music, ecology and mountain-climbing. He shares Abbie Hoffman's belief in compulsory cannibalism: 'If people were forced to eat what they killed, there would be no more wars.' He is a native of Nakul Krishna (20) writes poetry and fiction and acts in plays. He is interested in teaching, politics and walking. He is a humanities student and lives in Anish Victor (33) leads the theatre group Rafiki. He is an actor and lighting designer.
