Bangalore Galore!

Now, this is what I call a treasure of information. I had earlier posted about Two Quick Bangalore Getaways: Tippagondanahalli & Kalya Caves, Magadi. Srinidhi, who writes travelogues for Deccan Herald happened to visit that post and was not too happy that I had not taken cognizance of his neat article on T G Halli and Kalya Caves in Deccan Hearld. Thus began our interaction, which led to his sharing with me all the weekend getaways travelogues on he has written.

Hi, Treasure of information, I would say. Can anyone help me identify Skandagiri hill, on the way to chikkaballapura. i have some snaps. but how do i post those snaps

Great of you to put this lot together! A real treasure trove!! You might have noticed (so have many readers of your blog) that the links are dead now.

Have actually figured out the proper links for most (not all sadly!)... based on this... would be very useful if you edit this blog/repost the same again if possible....

For e.g. the link to Mahimapura in your post is http://www.deccanherald.com/deccanherald/aug07/metro5.asp

You need to replace /deccanherald/ with /Archives/ for it to work... http://www.deccanherald.com/Archives/aug07/metro5.asp
