My alma mater HBTI's Computer Science departmemt is organizing their annual technical festival Incord during Feb 15-17, 2005. More details at the official Incord site. Or click on following pictures.
Incord 2005 is the annual technical fest of the department of Computer Science and Information Technology HBTI Kanpur organized by FCIT (Fraternity of Computer and Information Technologists). This is unlike any seminar or conference that has ever been conducted by engineering college students. It aims to add new dimension to our college activities of the class students have never experienced. We propose to discuss the concerns like network security, power of success, value of marketing and advertisement in the technical domain at international level. To give an overview:
Through video conferencing, we intend to invite acknowledged professors and icons of blue chip software companies to give their lectures on the topic concerning our theme.
A special session on network security to be addressed by none other than Mr. Ankit Fadia.
The panel discussion featuring debate over topic on socio academic and corporate importance.
Seminar on marketing and advertisement by top luminaries of India.
Live open air show performed by leading Indian pop band.
An innovative light and sound show on ‘power to succeed’, which has been highly successful in the college arenas of IIT Delhi and NSIT Delhi.
Other events comprise of paper presentations, technical sessions, software contests, hacking contest, robo wars, rock night and movie show.
As it appears, it is being planned at the highest level of creativity that we can beget. We have highest level of assistance and freedom from our faculty members to make this event possible.
