What were the users instructed to do? 1) To drop the computer 1 foot onto a flat surface. 2) Push each chip into its socket by hand. 3) Stand on the motherboard.
Believe it or not, answer is that Apple company instructed the owners to drop the computer a feet onto a flat surface!
